Melissa Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Melissa

Melissa

Hangover after days
I see walls all around
Is it Louvre, Hermitage?
These posters and paintings
Masterpiece works of arts…
Mona Lisa or Jocund
Light-hearted, face-cover is smile.

But none is Melissa…
Melissa with those eyes
Not sky and not sea
Not blue, not green
A mixture of them all
A mirage
Galaxies and stars…

But sadly wore black
Headed for funeral

Want see her once again
Can it be possible?
