Melodies In Motion Poem by Oscar Auliq-Ice

Melodies In Motion

Amidst the silent city's throng,
Birds mute their song,
My thoughts evade,
The memories fade,
Into the shadows they seep,
Where dreams and whispers sleep,
A quiet moment,
Of reflection's vow,
Life sometimes pauses,
Yet does not bow,
Shifting tides,
And winds that swing,
Yet stillness prevails,
When birds don't sing.
