Memories Poem by Paul Warren

Memories

Rating: 4.0

There is a place I like to go
When I close my eyes my heart's a glow
Where I remember those bygone days
And people I have loved live again in my gaze

The old country that I knew so well
Can take me back as my heart swells
But don't dwell on those things that disagree
This precious time is mine alone to see.
