Men Of Contradiction Poem by Amelia Wasiluk

Men Of Contradiction

Rating: 4.0

Men of contradiction,

How grave it is for you to confuse your emptiness with your piggish needs. Then you coerce and demand that your woman to meet and fulfill those unhealthy 'needs'. How then can you expect her to be NOBLE, honest caring and gentle at the same time. Do you not see that a whore CANNOT have or retain these qualities, if she is to please you?

Nor can you be NOBLE no matter how much you polish up your manners, looks and manner of speech and/or conduct.
For you by accepting what you have demanded, only robs her of her sole and in turn robs you of yours; manhood, character and life force. The emptiness is now greater and increases with each palatable exchange, turning you into a bestial, crude for ever more demanding, controlling and controlled! !

Do you not love GOD the creator of all NOBLE traits in all human beings. Why do you want to strip them from your woman when she is the partner you have chosen to be your better half and soul mate. Do you not see that she may come to bear your children and recreate them in her image and yours, soulless and stupid so that someone else can make them smart! !

Do you not care to save your soul and understand the scriptures, Like Jesus. Who saved Mary Magdalene from her customers and potential ones, by rejecting her advances. Did she not do a brave act by running to the light then being threatened to be stoned to death for given up her services. Yet a leap of faith saved her from the hands of those who had recreated her in the image of the world to serve their selfish needs.

Oh men of little conscience, do you not see that if your woman is 'pleasing' to you She will be pleasing to others. Then you expect her to perform well in tasks that require nobility; like tending and caring for your children, home and your real needs with grace, honesty and character.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
A woman will give up everything for the love of a real man. However; if he fails the testing, and he is found wanting, needy, brutal and selfish; she will hold on to everything she has and more...
