My students come from all walks of life,
Eager to end all difficulty and strife,
My talent, my expertise, my knowhow they seek,
To make them more confident, secure and not weak.
They're men and women of stature,
Fulfilled in professions, looking reach and secure,
But deep within them lie insecurities,
With speech, loks, behaviour and life's realities.
My job is to know them - their strengths and weaknesses,
To discover their potential, their skills to harness,
To share useful knowledge the best way I can,
That they, too, may guide others and become as I am.
