Mercy, mercy, mercy my friend,
Give me a glance, a soothing word,
Till the end with honour I carry,
Never again I will make u worry;

My possessive being had me nailed,
Take me out from the wall I hanged,
Thought we could fly with wings of fire,
Entangled myself with your ire;

On mountain of love you are perched,
Forgive me if I have ever erred,
Open the doors shut and closed,
Give me a chance to prove and fold;

All in heaven awestruck and stare,
At my folly I should not have dared,
I do promise all is true what I say,
On the crossroad we meet some day,
When all in the world is merry,
You and me are left to glory,
Whole world will be there to see
The eternal love we made it easy;
