Metaphors Of Me (And All I Know) Poem by Dyhanara Rios

Metaphors Of Me (And All I Know)

I am tomorrow:
I know nothing of what I will do;
I know nothing of what will happen to you.
I am yesterday:
I know what you’re going through;
I know what you’re going to do.
I am today:
I know how to live in the moment;
I know just how fast time will fly.

I am a poem:
Sophisticated and speaking in rhyme,
And there’s so much more to know if
You look between the lines.
