Michael Poem by Terry Searcy

The walls are drenched with the pictures of you
They bleed and cry out your name
The memories of you will never fall from there beautiful frames
That harmonically place your Picture threw out our home
Our tears fall to our hard wood floors
The sun dries them every single day
Our home is sealed from the outside world
And no one comes to see your shrine
The world looks away and believes We are all fine
The truth is we are all broken and lost and lonely
The truth is you are no longer here and we don't understand
The truth is We are not the same without you
The truth is that you have been taken from us and We want you back
The truth is We can't go on, but We are building upon our sorrow
To come together as a Family and to Stregthen each other to
To keep Your memory Alive, and never let You Die in Our Hearts
Or in Our minds
As a Family for some reason We will endure, but not with Your
Memory disappearing in Our hearts
