Michael J. Poem by Valerie Daley

Michael J.

He screamed
Black or white
It was always a thrill to hear him
He tried to heal the world
He tried to love the children
In the end he wasn't a smooth criminal
There were some who made him feel bad
But the way he made me feel was happy and musical
He told us to beat it
He even cried
King of pop
you still died
alone.

Very good depiction of him. I really really liked his music, in fact his was the first concert I attended. Good penning. HG: -) xx
