Mighty Sex Poem by Sumit Ganguly

Mighty Sex

Life Science poses a question to me Where is the seat of this yearning?
The teacher thinks,
It's in the cells of body and mind.
Friends now sow their eyes in air
And reap the spasms of love.
Parents are shy and nod like trees,
It's ten directions converging in the body.
I ask my lover, who is my heart of heart,
My heart is gone and I'm dead.
Is it useless to search or ask?
As all the lives just know and feel it.
