Miles apart
still inseparable part
what do I wish as a father?
with only love to offer!
Your mom departed early
with only memories to be enjoyed sadly
yet hope remains alive
that I live with your good presence
the day always shine
and make me feel fine
to feel your company alive
that makes me live happily
distance doesn't mar
even if you remain very far
You are my shining star
to be remembered as my only daughter
yes, technology has brought us near
to feel any time as if next door
the medium has become so powerful
that we need remain always sorrowful
the blood bond can never disappear
and make us feel dear
it is inner wish
and that shall be forever until we have perished
