Mind - Poem by Melissa Hennessy
Beautiful wonder stretches from your eyes
You are my desire, my only desire
I’m burning to be caught in your lies
I’m longing to be in between your fire
So I know I’m asking much
But would it kill you to keep in touch?
I wish you’d love me like I do
I wish our hearts could beat on cue
I know she’d on your mind, I know she’s on your mind
Hang on every word I say
The sky is falling, baring grey
I know she’s on your mind, I know she’s on your mind all the time.
