Mind as well

It is nutrition
With recognition
That one helps mind
And another moulds body

So healthy mind operates
Under condition and stables
Inflow to mind
And of any kind

Body supplements
Energy to body and sends
Enough of thoughts with no sickness
That is called fineness

We all go by
Health standard and try
Combination
Of both synchronization

So harness
And make progress
With body
And mind as well
