Mirror Poem by SylvaOnyema (SUPER.T) Ubah

Mirror

Rating: 5.0

Mirror
True image of my counterfeit
Dressed like a king
Dressed like a pauper

Mirror
Decorated shadows
Immobile companion
Waiting patiently
Like a bridegroom

Mirror
Trusted companion
True confessor
With open secret

Mirror
Open minded heart
Faithful as a dog

Mirror
The undisputed fair judge
Judging mankind without error.

Trusted companion True confessor With open secret The poet portrays the mirror as that which cannot hide your identity. It reveals who you are- good or bad., wicked or kind, gentle or rough etc.
