Mirror's Maze: Reality Vs Reflections Haze Poem by Niya Mahale

Mirror's Maze: Reality Vs Reflections Haze

Fog shrouds the mirror's gentle face,
Concealing beauty, time and space.
Yet, in our eyes, the soul's revealed,
A kaleidoscope of emotions unsealed.

Some sparkle like stars on a clear night,
Others grow dull, weighed down by life's plight.
Some dance with joy, unbridled and free,
While others hide, veiled in secrecy.

Memories linger, hazy and worn,
Like faded photographs, torn.
But triumphs persevere, and sorrows fade,
As life's canvas weaves a new shade.

With every breath, we choose our view,
To spread light or succumb to darkness anew.
Our iris, a prism, refracts the light,
Casting rainbows, banishing the night.

By the fireside, loved ones gather near,
Warmth and laughter dispel the lingering fear.
Reflections soften pain's sharp edge,
Transforming scars into wisdom's pledge.

Through life's lens, we create our own dawn,
With every choice, a new horizon's born.
