Amidst the darkness of noisy night
Flying fireflies seemed to give a light show
Here and there flashes of green light
Fireflies illuminating things with their glow

There were times when they were so many
I would watch, play and try to catch them
Been a long time since I have seen any
One has to spend some time to find them

Childhood memory of tiny glowing Fireflies
Nature's wonderful show of bright elegance
World and Nature never stop and Time flies
Missing the glowing beautiful torch dance

Moving Fire Torches, Flying Low and High
Display of known Joy and a hidden sigh!
