Missing You Poem by Bruce Yeager

Missing You

I missed you the second that you passed
And I am missing you still
Don't know why God called you home
And think I never will

I know that your life was good
It is very clear that's true
Because you left so many people
Here on Earth missing you

I think of you and I smile
Quickly followed by tears
I carry you inside my heart
And I will thought the years

You were more than just a brother
With strong roots like a tree
You always gave me good advice
When I was blind you helped me see

I can never really say goodbye
For I know we will meet again
You were more than a brother
You were more than just a friend
