the smiling picture of you
looks really sad today
let me embrace in my arms
i'm sorry to not even go with you
but i wish to remain by your side
cuz i miss you like crazy
like i always will

it's been a while
since i've seen your pretty face
since there's been that missing scream in my ear
cuz it seems im missing something from this whole picture

seems like a memory
swimming in the big blue sea
with an albatross's feather in my hand
and a bottle in the other
to sea whether you'd hear the misty secret right here

missing the tinge of fear
the prickle of my skin
the butterflies in my stomach
as the aching comes creeping faster and faster
til it comes out of my mouth
to see to you
to miss you even more

like feet pattering in the rain
as the bell tolls fades in a distant away
see to it
that i'll be just by your side
swaying bit to bit by the waves calling to me
the questions swirling these memories of you
and i just know
there's a note missing from my fear
where is it
where is she
this final note to every song of my heart
cuz i miss like crazy
cuz i miss you that much
my lovely my lovely
i wish to see you some more
of that smiling picture of you
to the very point
so very true
