Missing Your Presence Poem by Thoisquare Tongbram

Missing Your Presence

That night you asked me
To look at the bright beautiful moon.
And it looked as beautiful as it should be.
But it wasn't just the moon
That made the night so magnificient.
It was you that made me treasure that moment.

And tonight I stand where i should be
To stare once again at the moon.
Only to see that it isn't as beautiful as it should be,
For tonight it's just only the moon.
It's beauty hides away in your absence.
And I feel myself here alone, crying, missing your presence.

Funny how everyday things can become something special when shared with someone we love. Wonderful job on this one!
