Mixed Feelings Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Mixed Feelings

Mixed feelings

Poet must write
And remain not quiet
He must feel other's plight
Raise banner of revolt and fight

As an individual
You may treat it as casual
That should not remain personal
You are an asset for people

Others must cry
And feel shy
Wee have they not supported so far
And remaining aloof or far

We are not serving for talent
That may be judged when you present
Your view point for masses
They will certainly find what it misses

We are not powerless
Rather mightier than swords
The pen may invoke mixed feelings
Yet right thing you shall be doing

So many feels here. It's like a poetic salad. All tossed together with truth. Nice! 10 hours ago by Sean Scribbles | Reply
