Mixed Signals Poem by Esther Hadassah Sendeza

Mixed Signals

Rating: 2.5

Just stop,
And walk away,
Leaving will hurt you,
But only for a while.

Honey, old leaves must die,
For new life to grow.

Not knowing where you stand,
Is exactly where you stand.
Not knowing if the light is green or red,
Means you might as well switch it to red.

Dont waste your time,
On people that give you mixed signals.
Do yourself a favour,
And remove yourself as an option.
People who really want you,
Will never leave you feeling confused.

Again,
Do yourself a favour,
Stop, and walk away.

Another beautiful poem. Clear in message. Nice metaphors.
