Mixing Energies Poem by Gisela Ireland

Mixing Energies

Rating: 5.0

He gently takes the wine glass from her hands
Clear fluid wraps itself in waves along the walls
Sending wafts of round floral essense into the air
Reaching nostrils
Warm eyes
Looking directly into hers
Trepidation won by confidence
He drinks from the broken edge
