Moments Poem by Kira Travis

Moments

Rating: 5.0

When time is taken and a moment shared
we come together through boons and bonds
a heartfelt ricochet and vile feelings
trapped and pinned
scared and in pain
burned into our memories a moment we shared
I never wanted to be afraid of who I was
I always care if someone says something about me
even though they don't know me
a night we can remember forever being our last to wake to.
