Money lost

USA sends money
-to have helped
- (In the books)

Is spent?
-embezzled?
-stolen?
-misplaced?

Or shared as
-corruption?

Easier to question
-than reply! ! !

Now talk is of Afghan
- "Where has the money gone? "

Years ago, the same was
-for La Paz

-of research
