Money Making Machine - Poem by Vani Agarwal

Once I went to the bank,
 which had the highest rank.
When I put my card inside,
I learnt that the machine had died!
There came the peso and the yuan,
It was unbelievable and I just could not understand!
Many hours passed away and the money did not stop,
I was confused as to what to do with the crazy crop.
After all this the machine stopped after the won,
When I realized that it was already dawn!
Oh! Money is so funny, it makes my head spin around!
It irritates me, with out making a sound!
Remember for the next time,
Be careful and don't do a crime

Topic(s) of this poem: funny, money

I had a real hearty laugh while reading the poem. You are such a good composer of poetry, Vani. Thanks for making us wary of the funny (or fun) machine. Thanks. (Report) Reply
