Monochrome Plastic Poem by Carla Pickens

Monochrome Plastic

i sit here and wait
looking out above you
the sun flickers in time
and I hear patience pass me by
Oh glorious life i choose to see
glorious red and purple leaves
it's spring, i hear in other worlds
and monochrome plastic viewing here
