Moonlight Serenade Poem by Abubakar Bello

Moonlight Serenade

I stand along the coast of the sea and the song I sing is of moonlight
I stand and wait, making the zephyr's breath my companion
The roses are sighing a moonlight Serenade
The stars hung from the sky like a million spotlight
The stars are aglow and their shine sets me dreaming the night
Of the feeling I can't describe my heart is bursting of happiness
Will this last the night? Oh moonlight Serened.
