"Love in my heart she lit and went her way
How long this life of woe? How long this life of love longing?
When shall reunion day come?
Oh my love oh my sight, some Ruth please show to me
End this love longing, cease this love suffering
Fuel the light you lit in my heart
Each morn that dawns I wake In travail and woe.
And strange is my condition and the burden of love gars me pine.
Many others are in luck and from the miseries of love are free
And fortune never loads them with loads the like of mine
They live their live in solace and delight.
But at You, O Allah, All wise I venture not to rail
Whose ordinance is just and whose justice can not fail
