Fourteen Years Of Loving You Poem by Abubakar Bello

Fourteen Years Of Loving You

Many year have come and pass
I still remember that your glamorous smile
With those killers dimples
On your very soft cheeks
Oh! What a chance i have missed
Of not confessing my true love for you
Days come days pass by
Fourteen years more than a single year
Fourteen years of loving you
Was like living in a desert
With neither food nor water
I have been starving for long
Fourteen years of loving you
Am trying to find my true self
But the mirror is'nt helping at all
It kept showing me reflection of myself
But am looking for my true self
Not the reflection of myself
Loving you for fourteen years
Yet i can' confess my true love for you
Fourteen years of loving you
Am still confused.
