Moon-Walk Poem by Micheal Bello

Moon-Walk

'Moonwalk'

Billie Jean, someone got stoke on that name
When it came alive on the success stage
Where people came all over.
In there, success screamed louder than voice could heard.
'It never existed'
But it did alive in someone's mind.

Billie Jean, someone got stoke at you
But you never came in the first place.
Here you came around
Spinning within the tale told.
Awake the moon shadow
Let it spark a new name.
It's the moon walk along the moon shadow.

Billie Jean, someone screamed at you
To feed him better with good luck and Mercy
You never existed but, you make walkers wander.
With wonder's wander within the walkers wonder
There's fame in wonder's of the wander walkers.
Here you are without pulling a tale against ill-luck fit.
Awake the slumber, walk on the moon shadow.
Gleam with the light at it's dim level.
It's the moon walk along the slumbering shadow.

~ Mickey

The moonwalk or backslide is a dance move in which the performer glides backwards but their body actions suggest forward motion. The moonwalk is a popping move. It became popular around the world following Michael Jackson's moonwalk during the performance of 'Billie Jean' on Motown 25: Yesterday, Today, Forever, which was broadcast on May 16,1983, and he included it in tours and live performance. Jackson has been credited as renaming the 'backslide' to the moonwalk and it became his signature move.
