More Than Conquerors Poem by Richard Ikolo

More Than Conquerors

As I walked through the scorching heat of the sun
I felt comforted with the presence of His only begotten Son

Drenched in the rain of challenges
Came with it positive changes

The blowing wind of oppression
Gave me the ladder of elevation

The rising waves of temptation
Was overcome by God's intervention

For storms of persecution and distress
Hundredfold promotion and great success

Hindered the star of my glory
All that has become a story

Now, I'm a victor!
Free from the captor!
