they aren't the monster under your bed
they live inside your head
once people to believe and trust
now they only feel grieve and disgust
once a part of society
now hiding with severe anxiety

screaming and growling just to scare
but the pain behind it you could never compare
trowing away the people they love
because they can't be there when they make their life stop

scars in their hearts deeper than the pacific ocean
while fighting to just keep their body in motion
they aren't even living only surviving
it has been a while since their happiness stopped arriving
