Morning Supplication To Allah Poem by Mohammad Younus

Morning Supplication To Allah

O Allah, the Light of the heavens and the earth,
Let my deeds be a lantern that draws me closer to You. Illuminate my heart with Your Noor, dispelling every shadow of doubt, and let Your Barakah flow through my life like a river, nourishing my soul with peace, happiness, and unwavering faith.

O Most Merciful, I call upon You with the words of Your beloved Messenger (PBUH) :
'O Allah, I ask You for Your love, the love of those who love You, and deeds that will bring me closer to Your love.'

Let my love for You be my greatest treasure, my guiding star in the night, my anchor in the storm. Protect my heart from the fleeting illusions of this world, and turn it steadfastly toward the eternal truth of Your presence.

O Protector, shield me from every calamity—those I see and those I do not. When trials weigh upon my soul, make my faith a fortress, my patience a shield, and my trust in You as unshakable as the mountains. Let me remember the words of Your Prophet (PBUH) :
'O Allah, place light in my heart, light in my sight, light in my hearing, light on my right, light on my left, light above me, light beneath me, light in front of me, and light behind me. Make me light.'

O Most Compassionate, when I stumble, when sorrow darkens my path, let me not despair. Instead, let my tongue whisper the supplication of Your Messenger (PBUH) :
'O Ever-Living, O Sustainer, by Your mercy, I seek relief. Do not leave me to myself even for the blink of an eye, and set all my affairs right for me.'

O Allah, never let my faith waver, no matter what the world unfolds before me. Keep my heart firm upon Your path, as Your Prophet (PBUH) prayed:
'O Turner of hearts, keep my heart steadfast upon Your religion.'

And when my final breath draws near, when my soul longs for its return to You, let me go with my lips still uttering:
'O Allah, I seek Your mercy. Do not leave me to myself for even the blink of an eye. Rectify all my affairs for me. None has the right to be worshiped but You.'

O Most Loving One, to You belongs my past, my present, my future, and my eternity. In Your name, I live. In Your name, I surrender.

Aameen.
