Mosquitoes Poem by Ronald Chapman

Mosquitoes

Buzz, Buzz, Buzz,
Buzzing all around us,
Our hands flapping!

Yelling, "Get away from us you little monsters."

Blood suckers, looking for a taste of sweet red wine.
Drunk with passion they become.

Mosquitoes love to drink from us,
They can't live without us,
Like thousands of tiny vampires,
They try to suck us dry.

But!

Watch out little monsters.
We have a special surprise for you,
A witches brew,
To spray at you.

"Mix equal amounts of
Flat beer, antiseptic mouthwash and Epsom salt.
Fill this mixture in a spray bottle.
Add half a package of dry yeast.
Shake well."

Look out Mosquitoes,
I have a gift of buzz kill
For you!
