Mountains Triggering Thoughts Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Seeking out mountains in the distance, looking regal and
naturally beautiful as they stand at attention, looking
out over the Valley of the Sun.

Triggering thoughts and pictures of them instantaneously
within this mind, realizing that they are the points of
nature and life meeting in the midst of our humanity.

Solemn, yet joyous, contained solely in the palms of God's
own hands, eyes watching, taking in the wonder and awe of
His Being.

Seeing His presence everywhere for He's created all that
we are, see, hear, smell, taste and feel, a total harmony,
one with God in all things.
