Mouth Breather Poem by Algem Paul Cabrera

Mouth Breather

Don't judge the book by its cover
That phrase you will always hear
Be mindful anyway
Have a self awareness as they say

Do you even hear yourself
You're even below the belt
Do you even face the reality
Or finding a quote that justifies your stupidity

Everyone carries different kind of weight
Your weapons are always rage bait
Why can't you be so empathetic
You're just so mean and pathetic

Have you ever felt ashamed
Oh, i see, you don't want to be so lame
Is it cool that you belittle someone
The fact that you want to be their number one

I don't hold any grudges
But i can write you poems
Without putting your name on it
I just want you to reflect

Do you even have heart and brain
All the words you have thrown were a bit insane
But the walls didn't shatter because of you
Now i've stepped on your ego, but i don't feel rue

I still have my conscience and care
Unlike you, you're so rare
Be ready for your consequences, mouth breather
I've given you all the respect you needed, my sister
