Move, Move And Move Poem by manaswini dash

Move, Move And Move

Rating: 5.0

In front of your eyes
all the water of the world started evaporating
But sun did not knew that-
you are a spectator of this process.
From your lachrymal gland
all the tear started flowing down to touch the soil
But rain did not knew that-
It's your lachrymation.
It is not always possible to go up
nor to come down.
Ascending is sure to be followed by descending.
A lengthy lament has also an end
followed by a long trail of memory.
These dazzling sun rays,
these sweet songs of rain,
while walking with you
make you remember your past stories.
The story of those wettish sea beach,
the repeated falling down of your sand castle,
picking up one, one shell from the beach
and likewise.
And then you start sighing with a heavy heart.
Throwing of those deep sighs into the air
actually of no help to anybody-
neither to you nor to them.
If at all you have to walk
then walk confidently keeping your head high.
Instead of doing that
if you return two steps backward after moving three steps forward
it can't be called as 'return'.
Because after your two backward steps,
eventually you will find that.
you are moving ahead by one step.
Moving ahead step by step like this
is nothing but life.
So, to live, you have to
Move, move and move

Challenges met in the right spirit will bring the desired results- No Less. So move on. Moving ahead step by step like this is nothing but life.
