My Addiction - Poem by shamon mackey

you’re worst than a drug floating through my veins
if I don’t get a hit of you I will go completely insane
longing and wanting, feenin’ for more
I will do anything for a taste of you
but my body is sore
just the indulgence of your succulence
leaves me unable to maintain
while having these uncontrollable fits
with hit after hit
constantly waiting for my next fix
