And you left this world a few weeks later
I cried for you and missed you so much
And after time I thought I was ok
Until now

One year on
I knew your days were limited
And since then I have had all year to move on
I thought I had

But thinking of you now my heart breaks all over again
The tears fall endlessly
The pain too much to bear
I cannot stop crying

Pining for you by my side
Remembering you
Knowing you loved me no matter what
Curling up close

Always by my side
Where are you now when I need you most
I cannot do this without you
It all seems in vain
Are you watching over me
