My Answered Prayer Poem by jean monzales

I’m inlove.
I can say that clearly now.
My heart throbs a different beat.
He leaves me breathless.
An indescribable feeling.
It’s as if I’m lost for words to describe how he made me feel.
It’s overwhelming.
I cannot contain it.
He’s in my thoughts all the time
Though we’re miles apart
His thoughts will stay with me
I miss him
I miss his smile
His laughter
The way he stares at me.
The way he hold my hand and gently kiss it
And most of all the way he prays when we’re together
I can say that I’ve found everything in him
He’s not perfect but I would gladly embrace his imperfections
He’s the one I’ve been praying for
He’s my answered prayer..
