Many a day now i've been moping in the past
I should have guessed that good things never last
Im realising now that you're gone forever
you're not coming back, you cant ever
Grieving for you is becoming so old
Im doing as you said, doing as im told
I'll work hard to turn those skies blue
And I'll forget the world i knew
But i swear i wont forget us too
Sammy I love you
But no-one should live this long in the past
thinking this pain will always last
You took my old one back to Heaven with you,
So i'll make myself a new heart
And with it i shall begin, with my new life
My brand new start
