My Brave Man Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

My brave man
Friday,11th October 2019

Any country may feel proud
and say it loud
"You are our protector"
son of the holy land and defender

any passers-by
may look at you and try
at your uniform
and may remain well informed

this is where you come to be known
if you have worked for the nation
saved it from the autocratic rule
and made it a benevolent call

feel proud to have served under distinguished general
but don't take pride
and decide about favorable remarks
in fact, bush and his general made thrust with a bad start

the country looks toward you with hope
make a good show with the return of hopes
that they shall now long for the peace
and life shall be at an ease
