Without you for so long.. My ‘Alice in wonderland’
Missing, wondering, praying..not knowing how it would end.

Then.. it ended! with a beginning! when you called me that ‘wonderland' day
To tell me you had been curious.. But were happy...just the same.

That you had a good family who loved you.. Helped you be what you needed to be
Assurance I needed to know the decision was made by One wiser than me

After all the years of dreaming and thinking of how you would look and be...
What were you doing? Where had you been? and... well...(had you forgiven me?)

Your infectious smile from ear to ear..(even your eyes smile!) and that dark curly hair.
...so much more than your physical beauty appeared..
...it was a goodness in your heart that in this world is so rare

Finding out about your personality hearing about your past
and getting to share parts of your future... at last...

I can’t tell you (or anyone) how much you mean to me or that these lives for us were planned...
So, I wait for Heaven to let God tell you in a way we can both understand.
