My Dearest Writes A Few Words

My dearest writes a few words
that are very really striking
and I wonder how she knows
the reasons that I love her.

At times she astonishes me
and sometimes she surprises me
and there’s times that she makes me happy,
but all of these things
are far to little
describe that which is between us.
