My Desire Poem by Tinus Erasmus

My Desire

Wish I could fly,
I cannot say why,
But until I die,
I will try,
To reach the sky,
But do not cry,
If I do,
Coz I’ll do it for you,
You’ll be mine,
Just give it time,
And it’s no crime,
To borrow a dime,
To get you a watch,
To tell the time,
But when I look at you,
It feels like a crime,
For your beauty,
 Is my desire.
