8MY FTHER
I was a littleboy whenfather passed away
I have treasured hismemory deep down in my heart
He would sayshare happiness with all
Lead lifelike candle or"Deep"
You can light thousand candles
with one candle without losing your light
I still remember his glowing face
He would decorate our house
Withcandlesduring Diwali
His religion was humanism
His heritage made me a tolerant human being
His advice to us would beGod lives within us
Neither inkaba, nor temple or church either
My poetry havesparks of, his values
Which Inow share with fellow humans
My pen name Deep Andamani is nota coincident
Thisis a giftof my father's heritageto me
Like candle Iliveto spread message oflove
Love unites, removes hatred and brings smiles,
Hatred and intoleranceonly divide and
Bringsdestruction all around, life is too short.FOR HATE

I would like to translate this poem
You can light thousand candles with one candle without losing your light His religion was humanism.... //.... There is no place of hatred and intolerance in the civilised world. It divides and destroys while love only unites one and long. A great tribute to a loving father by a grateful son. Thanks.
