three gifts, three gems given to me by the Lord..
three beautiful girls that i adore.
watching you grow, taking those first steps,
brought me to my knees, everything within my heart I kept

You would wake me in the morning, papi, I would hear,
I picked you up, looked deep in your eyes. trying to hold back the tears
many suns, past, any moons we watched.. late at nite when you slept
I watched.

Off in dreams, you looked so happy, so peaceful.. tucking you in when you rolled around..

One day I let you go, never knowing you would never come back.. Off on a plane.. to visit family.
People i trusted with my heart,
When I heard the news, I dropped to my knees and let out a cry that couldn't be heard..only the angels and Lord listened in heaven..

my cheeks eroded from the tears that dripped down my face.. my eyes red as blood.. hours of no sleep, wishing you were here..
an eternal wound has been dealt to me, your names bleed from my soul day in and day out.. you are all engraved in my heart.. waiting to see you on that day.. I always loved you.. with all my heart..
