My Greek Fatal Attraction Poem by Panagiota Romios

My Greek Fatal Attraction

My Greek Fatal Attraction

I just am breathless here with you, swathed
under secret, silken sheets.
Blessed as babes in a warm
autumnal retreat.
I exist from this insane yet tender passion!

Just to listen to the echo of your
heart,
With its own Hellenic beat.
Such is my fate and incomparable treat.

You, filling my spirit with joy and starlit satisfaction,
You pulchritudinous man, you!
Driving Panagiota to such divine
distraction.
Agapi mou, my fatal attraction!
