My Heart Breaks
Where am I to go
When the wind stops blowing?
Where will I be
When time stands still?
What will I see
When my eyes are finally open?
My heart breaks
He is gone.
Unexpected ending for two philosophical questions. the 'as' of the second stanza shuld be the consistent 'when' as in the first and third stanzas. The 'as' implies something else. Just a thought...
