Ah, so new and fresh
So full of zest
Strong to no end
Withstands every test

Fallen hard
Fallen fast
Times with you
No longer last

Not too broken
Just some cracks
Moving on
No time to relax

Friendships made
Friendships lost
Beaten and bruised
Always tossed

New day comes
New faces seen
Never realized
So much was unseen

True love
Now realized
Facts of life
Materialized

Fully yours
Every part of me
Longing to be
For eternity

Your gone
And I’m left alone
How could it happen
I’m forever thrown?

Long nights
Tears I do cry
Life seems so hard
Can’t seem to get by

Your back
I waste no time
Forgiveness is yours
I just want you mine

Smiles and laughs
We share more than chats
Jokes and games
Holding on to the past

You leave me
It’s another girl
You say it’s love
I think I’ll hurl

Doesn’t matter
Time after time
I’ll be hurt by you
No thoughts of a prize

I sit waiting
For you to call
But all I seem to do
Is go through withdrawal

Broken heart
It lies in pieces

The beating ceases
